Most of my stash are pockets and some prefolds, the only other AIO I own is a swaddlebees AIO with pocket (though I do have a Twins in Cloth in the mail somewhere....). Anyway, how can you tell when they are fully dry through? I prewashed the Rosies I have last night and put them in the drier but found it really hard to tell when they were dry in the middle because the suedecloth always feels dry! They were on low for 2 hours I think and I do think they're dry but are there any signs? I was sort of going by weight and feel.....

Seeing as I started this thread I'd better put in my 2 cents worth :D .

I got off to a bad start with the new style AIOs as they were rubbing DS's thighs, but Rosie put me right with a bigger size. DS still fits his old style medium AIO, but he needs the new style large - absolutely no rubbing :smt041 . I do have to do it up as tight as it goes though. I like the way the tabs can be crossed over both ways - great for us lefties.

I find it a very reliable nappy. DS is not a heavy wetter so it does him 4 hours no problem. They do take a while to dry and I know what you mean about not knowing if it really is dry. I leave it on the airer or in front of the fire overnight rather than putting it away or using it straight away (I try to do this with all my nappies actually, just to be sure they're really dry).

I'm not an AIO fan, or a microfibre fan, so it's saying something that I really like my Rosie's AIOs! They are just so easy to use. DS is largely TTed now, but I've kept these for his daycare naps.

So sad there will be no more Rosie's naps
Back for another round with baby #3
