I have a retroverted uterus too and have had no problems using a menstrual cup.

I've been meaning to review my cloth pad from red rag as well.
I've been using it as a "back up" liner and I really like the fact that it has no PUL for this kind of use as it is so breathable.
It is also really pretty!
Really like the pocket system and the fact that I no longer own any disposable menstrual products.
