DandelioNZ Bright & Funky Wash bag

Post by embejo » Sun Sep 11, 2005 5:50 pm

I bought a DandelioNZ wash bag on Trademe. The colours are gorgeous.

It is made from a brightly coloured striped mesh type fabric, and has a front opening if that makes sense. It fastens with 'velcro' and doesn't come undone in the wash. I bought the smaller size, and it fits a couple of fleece covers easily. I'm using it to keep them fluff free when washing with cotton/hemp nappies.

Anyway, so far so good! They are very reasonably priced and easier to use than my old drawstring/tie bag (made by my MIL...no offense mum! lol).

I have these too and they are great. I got the 4 pack, 2 large 2 small. I use the large for my FB and inserts, and the other for my fleece covers, then use the smalls for hemp flats and boosters. Then chuck them all in the wash together and have had no fluffing or pilling on my covers.

The bags are so cool in colour, and really easy to use, I put them in the washing machine and just fill them as I go. Even DH has gotten the hang of it and if I need the machine I just lift the bags out easy peasy.............

This is the large and small, the photo doesn't do the colours any justice, they are much brighter in real life.

Due to being unwell lately I have not been listing items on Trade me recently. But I have heaps of this cool fabric - Just send me a Private message if anyone would like to order a washbag. Note - The velcro isn't a huge strip across the front as it may look in the pic - that's a 'fabric' backing for the velcro pads- which are sufficient to keep the bag nicely closed.
May as well make washing fun!
