in the discussion over the fuzzi bunz everybody was raving about their qualities at night time. I wonder how they rate during the day for out and about. :o

Thank you.

Hi there!

They are great for out and about too.
I use them as a cover with the 'padding' sitting on top. That way I can reuse the FB through a few changes. Just have to change the padding.

Of course.... fuzzis rock for out and about cause they are so dependable..... you dont need to worry about a soggy pushchair or carseat
If we are going on a long trip or to somewhere that I know it will be hard to change him I just put in an extra insert for 'peace of mind'

I was almost due to change DD's FB today when DH hurt himself and had to be urgently driven to a medical centre. I said to DH at the centre, DD's nappy is really due for a change, but I won't worry about it because they never leak (I had nappies in her bag, but preferred to stay with DH). As always they performed above expectations and even though she was asleep when we got home (and I transferred her straight into bed) the nappy still didn't leak. Her nappy was probably on for about 5 hours + in total and no leaks!

We can't remember the last time we had a leak (DD is 10months old) and she is very mobile now, so crawling, standing, trying to stand on her head etc :?
Two funny, gorgeous DDs.

FBs are just about all I use now during the day - ds only wears a nap at night and going out. FBs are so easy and dependable (and quick), so I always grab those before others.

I too have to say have never ever had a single leak with fuzzi's. My son has been using them now for 6months, since he was about 12-14months old.
We started in larges, but have gone backwards into petites, which incase his slim legs much better. He is tall and lean, and once he started walking more confidently he slimmed down more. I use my large ones for night and put two microterry inserts in. They work a dream.
He is also a ezcema kid, and we have not had one rash problem with fuzzis either. They draw all the fluid right away from his skin. I don't think you could find a more dependable nappy.

The Fuzzis sit well when stuffed up for the long trips we make to my parents, I stuff them and then put our son in his car seat and then drive the 6 hour trip north to visit my parent, we dont change as we travel at night so he sleeps the whole trip

THey are great nappies for day or night

I love them. They're a dependable workhorse, and we've never had leaking problems!

The other night, I accidentally put ds to bed with just two inserts and a Fuzzi, and he'd been wearing it for a few hours already (I was tired, OK?), and no leaks after 12 hours or so! I was  I usually go to great pains to prevent leaks, because I'm so scared of wet sheets, but maybe I've been worried for no reason.

They are the greatest!! We tried a few other nappies before figuring that these worked for us the best...they are dependable, cute, well fitted and the greatest thing we have found lately!!

Good luck
