Just to add another one....

Bummis cow print - agree with Leanne - they are useless. Never ever got a good fit.

What style(s) have you used? Designer Bums
What size did you use (and how big was your baby, approx)? Medium
How well did they fit? Brilliant
What was good about them? Velcro is covered so does not scratch baby, good fit
What didn't you like?, inside pills a bit, but otherwise fantastic

Good luck

Just have to ask, has anyone ever been told they CAN'T use cloth swim nappies??
I've had a couple returned because they weren't allowed to use them at their pool and I'm wondering if it's a common problem?

What style(s) have you used? Monkey Doodlez

What size did you use (and how big was your baby, approx)? Large on DS - he is 2 and approx 14kg.

How well did they fit? Great! are really trim and look like little undies!

What was good about them? Great price, very cute with the applique on the back, not bulky at all and fit well.

What didn't you like? No dislikes as yet, DS has not done a poo while swimming yet so can't comment on the ease of use when this happens

I have been told that, but once I showed them what I was going to use they were fine with it.

Haven't been told no but my mother reckons there's a sign that disposable swim nappies must be worn in the public pool near her place. My kids wear full suits over the top anyway so how would they know? I don't care, they'll have their cloth ones on irrespective of the sign. I suspect it's more that they want the kids wearing something and know no betterm either that or more sponsorship

I just took my son swimming for the first time yesterday and used one of my nb nappies as a swim nappy without an insert. It worked well

There is a sign up at Centennial Pool that says disposable swim nappies or Eenies (or is it Kooshies, can't remember, one of those?) must be worn. I just use our splashabout happy nappy - used to be under a swimsuit but now they are just the bottoms and he wears a top too. Have never had anything said to me.

I really like the splashabout happy nappy, but I don't think nappy days are stocking them any more. They are quite generous fitting.
