I'll join in! :D I'm over sewing nappies for now too and no point making any more as we can't use them at the moment anyway! :( (But I do have a nice medium stash for when we CAN use them..lets hope before they are too small! 8-[ )

So on my to do list is-
Make up the pants I have cut out for little man!
Make a merino top or two for littlest
Get onto the quilt I want to make!Even start it!
Make all the boys a book sling each with their names on (been wanting to make these for ages!!!)
Finish the birds for Raff's mobile

So what's the time limit? 8-[

First job will be the pants! :D And then the birds for the mobile..will be nice to finally make little mans room his own :D

No time limit LOL maybe see how much we can get done each week to check up on each other - No sewing yesterday I baked instead, I don't know how much will get done today either and X is wanting me to build towers with him :D He has had Hand Foot and mouth quite badly this week so no daycare therefore no gym for me so what do I do bake AND not exercise :D.

Aim for today finish the nappies I snapped the other night then onto the fun stuff.

* Make lOTS of birds for a mobile for friends new baby due May

*Make a baby shower pressy for another friend - haven't decided what to do yet............maybe a taggy blanket, or another bird mobile, or a nappy with matching aplliqued long sleeved top......oh the decisions  that's half my problem mucking around deciding what to do :smt044

Right I'm :whip: on myself

Oh dear Justene - I can't wait to do my coverstitch class in Hamilton in June I learnt so much on the overlocker one. I need to get myself organised and get my binders.
well am stopping for lunch have got the back elastic all done on my nb nappies yay! Once the NB nappies are done I am going to have a goal of 3 smalls a week that should get me a balance of other things to sew as well as nappies.
I don't have as many pairs of PJs to make for DS as I just got a couple of hand-me-downs yesterday Hooray!

Well I am 3/4 through a brolly sheet just have the last tuck in tab to do and bias the sides. I have overlocked the last 2 change mats just need to bias them. I have looked at some other stuff and gone :-P #-o :whatsthis: and moved on again. Already broken a needle and had the power go off in the middle of sewing (and it was a prewarned power shut down and I forgot)

Right back to the brolly sheet.

Because these are my first attempt I cut up and old matress protector for the inner and a old sheet for the top and am using a light raincoat nylon for the backing (as I have a huge roll of it). I dont know if its going to work till DS2 wets but as he is only a light wetter I cant see it not working. DD has a real Brolly sheet but if she wets she soaks.
