Please help with gift idea

I really want to make a special gift for a lady who has taken on the role of my camp mum when we go camping and she has been wonderful to my kids too. I really want to make her something special for christmas either sewing or crochet but have no idea what. Please help. She is in her late fifties.

lol Petals we go to Leithfield Beach. We have our caravan out there permanently and my Dad lives in his caravan out there. We just love it . The kids love it cause they can have freedom out there too.
