Dying wooden blocks

Dying wooden blocks

Postby inkypinkyponky » Thu Jun 14, 2012 12:09 pm

I bought a whole lot of plain wooden blocks from the op shop and would like to jazz them up a bit - does anyone know what dye is safe to use on them? I'm guessing food colouring/edicol would run when they went in a certain small person's mouth...

I've found there is no dye the doesn't run from wood when it's sucked so you're better using food colouring and then at least it's not toxic.
