Knitters - help please re pattern search?

Post by posh » Wed Jan 29, 2014 7:54 pm

Hi all, I am not on Ravelry, so not sure if I can search there.

I am after a pattern for a girl's cardigan. Amelia is a flower girl at my SIL's wedding in April, and we need cardigans for over the top of the dress in case the weather isn't the best. I thought a nice knitted one would be a good idea, but have no idea about patterns - could anyone point me in the right direction?

Emily wore a Cornwall Park shrug when she was flower girl for a family wedding. Kelly very kindly up-sized the pattern to make the Lady Cornwall - for the Bride & Bridesmaids. Here are photos http://www.ravelry.com/projects/Dunners/lady-cornwall

My Mum had knitted one of these for Emily (though in a bigger size - not sure if Mum upsized it or if she found a larger version). It is a lovely cardy & has fitted her for years http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/silver-cardigan

I've knitted the blossom bolero one for my girls - don't have pics sorry but they wear them over their flowergirl dresses and they fit well (they are Farmers ones). Its an easy enough pattern for me and I'd recommend it :)

She will be able to see the pattern page which is public, but any links to specific projects won't work unless the projects are made public. It only takes a minute to join Ravelry.
