Thanks Vivienne! I googled it and it came up with Dylon Colour Catcher which can be bought at Countdown for $7.50 for a box of 12 sheets! Will definitely give it a go (willbe useful for other laundry as well! ). Hope it works!! Since you're a quilting expert, what would you have done to avoid this problem in the first place?
I can't say I have, I don't prewash any fabric Just been lucky. I have tested for colour fastness using scraps after making a quilt (thought I better before selling it), but haven't had any problems so far.
No it's not actually! The middle photo is the back and it's called a 'cheater quilt'. It's printed that way and is from the same line as I used for the front. I love the fabric (and like the back more than the front I think even though the front was so much more work!)
