Boys sewing patterns

Post by grizle » Thu Oct 04, 2012 9:47 am

Has anyone come across any great new sewing patterns for boys lately? It's been a while since I've seen anything that really catches my eye.

I'm struggling to find anything cool for the shop, I actually dislike being full of girl stock and nothing for boys. Some cute patterns on etsy, and I like the heidi&finn shirt too..

It's a book. I have our library copy at home at the moment. It has patterns in it but I have a vague memory of somewhere (maybe here?) there being dsicussion on the pattern sizing being a little off.

Exposed seam raglan tees (long and short sleeve) mix of plains, colour blocking effect and plain/pattern combo
Plain pants with pattern detail (From the sewing for boys book there is a cool pair of these - click on the link grizle posted and then go to eh flickr photo stream for some more pics)
Hoodies - huge fashion YES from me (lol, like I;m some kind of fashion guru :smt005 )
Bucket hats - reversable if you are flash
Pull on pants and shorts (for boys who are busting....)
