Has anyone else ordered a snap press from China?

Post by mbi15 » Wed Dec 06, 2006 2:57 pm

Hi

I ordered a snap press from China, and it was sent on the 6th of September, and is meant to take 2-3 months. Has anyone else orded one recently and have recieved or are still waiting. I know the 3 months is only up today, but I am hoping it hasn't got lost in the post.

I wanna make some nappies with snaps :-)

I bought one about a yr ago and back then it could be 8 weeks or for some like me it was 12 weeks. I would think being so close to Xmas it would be 12 weeks. If it does not come in the week I would contact Serena and see what she says

I ordered some snaps (Sarah didn't have the colours) about a month back and they took 3 weeks rather than 1 week. So, it looks like things are slower than usual, I'm afraid!

They sure are! We're still waiting for SilkSacs from China ordered in early September.

I've found quite a wide variety of shipping times from overseas. I've occasionally had surface stuff arrive in under 4 weeks, but it's more normally 10 to 12 weeks.

my snap press arrived today and it included a whole lot of extra snaps, probably about 500, in different colours and sizes. So I made my first nappy with snaps and it seems to have worked really well, the test wiil be when I put it on her. :)
