looks like it must have been flawed.

It hasn't been subjected to extreme changes of temperature has it? probably not up there but that's all I can think would do it if it wasn't flawed.

That really sucks though!

If you can get hubby to screw the pieces together on a block of wood it will work fine still though!

Far out :shock: Have you had it long? I imagine it must have some type of warranty. Which doesn't help you get your stuff snapped.

lol ive emailed Greenbeans, so will see what they say, i only got it in January, so its not that old.

no it hasnt been subjected to any extreme temperatures

DH has screwed it to a bit of wood in the meantime, so ive managed to finish my SS pressie!!

I imagine Greenbeans will come to the party and replace it, but if they won't I might be able to sweet-talk DH into welding it back together for you :wink:

He screwed mine to a 15mm thick piece of wood, about 5cm wider and 10cm longer than the press base to create a stable base.

Carla I'll drop mine in to Rochelle's in the morning and you can use it for the day (or take it home with you if you need it for longer).

I'll be going past on my way to school (!) and Playcentre before 9. I would track down Rochelle at school and give it to her to take home with her but that hill is hard enough as it is without adding extra weight to the stroller!

Annalise, DH has a welder thingimajiggi so he can do that for me :) thanks anyway hun
