Wow what bad customer service and that swim nappy is so cute.

I'd be really mad!

I did buy a few nappies off Amy last year and always found her to be helpful.

I won't be going back.

Hope it gets sorted out quickly.

Possibly, but it wouldn't go far in promoting mcn.

Also I don't think they would pick it up because it is not sensationalist enough and they seem to prefer David & Goliath type stories of the unfortunate victim against the big mean wealthy business. Isn't the owner of M&B still more or less a kid herself? - so they would get in touch with her and realise she isn't going to meet their profile.

Actually, perhaps it's a good idea to contact Imse Vimse directly? Just so they're aware of the conduct of one of their wholesalers?

Perhaps email that Adam guy back with a link to the cached version of the order page, to show that you DID order that nappy that you say you did, and to prove that they have since changed the page?

I've just done the nappy up to send back today. what is the cheapest tracking option???? it'll probably get "lost in the post" if i just do a straight return to sender lol.

I'll email her when i get home to let her know its coming back and I expect a full refund postage included which i am entitled to as I have not been sent the item i purchased and she what, if any resposne I get. then i'll start letting her know her obligations and the fact what she has done is fraud - taking my money willingly and knowingly for something she doesnt even sell

Ask NZ post, either registered mail or courierpost.

Hi

Can I just set a couple of things straight. I sell Imse Vimse Swim nappies on my website, and I get them from our NZ supplier Nature Baby.

When I first purchased for my stock, Nature Baby were only getting in the 3 colours, Red Fish, Blue Fish and Pink Flowers.

The picture that is used is one that is not available, but is used on the website because it shows the diagram of the ins and outs of the swim nappy. Maybe the Yellow Fish one is now available to purchase and she has put Yellow Sea Creatures instead in error?

I don't want to get into the ins and outs of this debate, but just wanted to clarify where these come from and what is available to us.
