This is very easy for you to do and saves us a lot of time trying to track it down.
If you look at this post you will see several wee symbols at the top right hand side near my avatar (profile picture). Click on the wee upside down triangle with the "!" in it, choose an option that best fits the problem and hit submit.
When you do this the topic is flagged so when we go to the "View new posts" screen, next to the subject is that wee symbol. Then we can quickly delete the message and ban the user.
