Pattern for kids toy with zips, buttons etc...

Does anyone have a pattern for a kids toy that has the zips, buttons, velco, snaps etc? The ones that teach the kids how to undo and do up bits. Preferably made from fabric, more like a teddy with the extras bit sewn on/in.
