yes please :D I haven't done anything about getting 'something' on the radio. Not sure where to start with that.
Its included in Tots to Teens etc and various calendars online. Press and Star haven't confirmed either unless they have contacted you Karen? I'll be ringing round on thursday to make sure we get the exposure.

I'm happy to print out posters for putting up out my way. Keen to do flyers if theyre ready too.

Hi Hannah
I have left some emails with the radio network and with more fm. Hopefully they can plug the event or put into their community notices. Is there anywhere else we should try and promote? Have also left an email with the littles magazine.

CTV are wanting a 4min segment for their Good Living programme - 3 or 4 screenings on next Friday for FREE. :D

 Now I'll need to work out which nappies to take and what to wear.

Might need to get someone to help with make up as I don't have any and you look BLAGH on TV without it :panic: :smt100

Anyone who can volunteer at short notice to take over would be appreciated too, you can never tell if you are gonna have sick kids or not.

I have also left an email with the Bay Harbour News the local Lyttelton/Diamond Harbour paper. I think we really need to get some brochures out because some preschools will be closed after next week for the holidays.
Can we do a follow up to the article in Wednesday's Press?

Do we have some posters? I can try and get some up round Diamond Harbour and Lyttleton. Would be good to do so before school holidays starts - I could pop some into the Playcentre etc.

edited cos I said finish when I meant start...

I can help if you let me know when and where. :P Also, happy to be backup (that is if you mean next Friday, not today - sorry we've been away, so only just seen this).

Looks like we're all ready to do brochures/posters - any ETA on those yet?

Does anyone have access to a printer to print out a big poster - I think we could do with one outside the market that is big enough for people to see?
Off to Lyttelton this morning armed with posters galore...

I can't open the poster file or print as have no printer but I can find places to post them if anyone wants to print for me!
Kaz can you let me know how we are to pay for the venue as I was asked if we are putting down a deposit or paying on the day or prior to. They are happy with any arrangement just want to know.

Hi guys

We've collected heaps of brochures from nappy retailers and asked for extras so we can send to other centres. If you would like some for your event, can someone please PM me with an address to send them to? We can have them ready to go in Saturday's post, after the Auckland RNW expo.

Thx :D

:-k Thinking pay on the day to be the best course of action.

Thanks for the offer of brochures but we have quite a few already from other events and the demo kit. Do you have a list of what you have and I'll see what we need. :D
