Thats OK Trudi. I have to admit that I've been a little slack at doing much organising this time round.

Its Thursday 24th April, 7pm at the Parents Centre House, Buller St.

1. Sewing demo

I'm happy to do this. I assume just a simple pocket would be good?
I'll bring along a good selection of fabrics and types of nappies too :) .

Baking
5. MCN demonstration

I am happy to talk and bring some baking. I am meant to be talking there tonight about my births! I am so nervous so think I will have a whiskey before hand. But talking about MCN is easy!!!

Good luck for tonight Nyree, I was hoping to pop along but as I am there tomorrow night starting off another anti-natal class (with lots of mentions of RNW!!!) I didn't think I should be out 2 nights in a row.
Put me down for
4. Baking...well maybe not baking as my oven doesn't work (proving very handy sometimes) but will be able to come up with a slice or something similar that doesn't require the use of an oven

6. Camera (for some action shots!)...I seem to be the unofficial camera lady at parent centre events

Happy to do 2 and 3 - supplies for drinks and milk etc. As I still give Allie a feed before bed I won't be there until a bit later in the night - I could always drop the stuff around to Nyree in the afternoon.

And of course will do anything else you find useful too :D

I've got the demo kit. Nyree, can you bring along one of your snazzi AIO's? Its the only thing missing from the demo kit, and we really need to show people what they look like.

Thanks for all the offers of help. I appreciate the effort!

I sent a media release to the midweek newspaper editor this morning, along with a request for the details to be printed in the 'briefly' section. Also advertised on the hospital intranet and popped a few posters up in the hallways.

Laurie at the Happy Nappy will let me know next week what she can contribute. I think it'll be some discount vouchers.

Nyree I hope your talk went well tonight. I actually meant to come along too, but its mad here tonight (DH in a foul mood and DS teething or something).

Hi guys

We've collected heaps of brochures from nappy retailers and asked for extras so we can send to other centres. If you would like some for your event, can someone please PM me with an address to send them to? We can have them ready to go in Saturday's post, after the Auckland RNW expo.

Thx :D

Thanks Trudi, that would be great 8-) . Parents centre house is on Buller St in town, by Freedom/Levene's.

I'm not sure what time we should get there, probably some time after 6pm if poss. Charlotte will you have the keys and let us in? Or should I come pick them up from you?
