ezypzy is selling them now, so you don't have to worry about it. she'll be next to your table so it's easy to direct ppl to her :D

but yes it does have a pattern in it, with velcro

Great, I realised that ezypzy would be selling them since she is having a table there, the 'we' I was talking about was the expo its self :D

we won't be selling them, i've canceled ones from out of town retailers

Yip read that earlier.... all I was trying to ask was if the DIY kits that were being sold at the expo had a pattern or not :D Been answered just trying to clarify

Right Last minute things - I am painting words today (fingers crossed the kids don't help too much) and DH will put on the blackboard after that. Thanks for the paint Julie.

An update to the FB event group with ezypzy details and final prize pack.

For the knitting table do we need anything else? I will bring the longies I have been working on for ages that don't need to be finished for a while as T is now too big for them and L still needs to grow into them! and I have a quick soaker on the go using up some scraps.... Will bring nappies and snap pliers just in case too.

Do we have raffle tickets? and a box or jar or hat of some description?

Does everyone have a float ready for sales? (incl raffle tickets, and food stall?)

Reworded : lets not store our handbags on the floor this year  will discuss on the day

Lisa - hope you're okay? Was it about anything in particular? keys - did you get them yet, or need me to get them tomorrow?

I am back home, so will be in contact and able to help out in any way with last minute things.

Julz - do you need ideas of where to put the signs? Maybe right near zoo entrance?

Rebecca - I guess it's okay not to add the Real Nappies prize to the poster, as it's already made up?

I will sort foodstall float.

What's the weather supposed to be like? :)

Someone said its going to be good weather....there's couple of showers off to the coromandel ranges.....should pass us by

Thanks Carla, I've emailed her to get the details and will PM you if its a Greenhithe pickup.

Kate, I'm collecting the keys tomorrow. It's all under control! I think that they had just lost the forms etc, very frustrating!

Lost the forms: taken down my ph and email wrong, then not been able to match my email requesting hte booking form (which they replied to) with the fact that I was the person with the booking, or last years booking under the same details  The supervisor is lovely tho.

We are going ot keep the access key so that next year we just ring up with the booking # from this year and add the date/venue details and they give our card access 8-) ... maybe we'll have to have more events to test their system.

GRR! Good thing you're so onto it with the follow up otherwise we'd have been having the Expo in Valentines...
