It'll probably take about 20-25 mins to get to Mangere from the expo place.

It's in Western Springs , rigth by the zoo.

I wish it was any day other than a Saturday cos I'd be keen to help out, but Saturday is out for me.

me too, I thought of you and wanted to plan for a sunday for you, but then I wouldn't organise something I couldn't attend

and we couldn't lose you from the planning team because you do quite a bit of the motivating and know what you're doing. maybe next year we should go hard out and do a two day event aye. :wink:

Greeting - Info Sheets and Prize Draws:

TNN Demo kit:
am: Kate and Rebecca
pm: Audrey (aidanasher)and Shyrel (sb)

Food:
am: Kylie
pm: Kate

Knitting:
am: Michelle (clothconvert)
pm: Margo (kiwiwonder)

DIY:
am: Shelley, Julie, CarlaS
pm: Shelley, Julie, Lisa

Clean up (1/2 hour after closing): Shyrel, Weegee, Kate, Lisa, Shelley, Julie, Sarah

Pack up your own area first! (all exhibitors to pack away their own table etc)
Assit anyone needing help
Quick sweep of floor and tidy of kitchen (clean any cups etc)

They have cleaners who come, but it needs to be tidy (so no mopping etc)

Being that I'm leaving home at 8.30 and have will have spent the whole day away from breastfed bubba, I am intending to flick off pretty quick.
Will clean up the best I can but wasnt intending to stay loads longer :o
I am also in someone elses cars so will have to go with them

no prob, i assume everyone will clean/tidy up their own "area" and the rest shouldn't take long to clean??

Just on the clean up front, I'm fine to stay about 1/2 hour or so afterward but then need to get going home to the kids. And packing up the sewing area will probably take that time. I'll do what I can but can't guarantee anything, sorry.

forgot to mention (edited the post), we've only got 1/2 hour to clean up everything :D
