here you go my 85 cm tall bubba in an 86cm pair.
They are a bit long for him and a bit baggy but he has short legs and a long body so I now expect pants to be too long for him.

Is he quite a slim lad Macca? They do look much baggier on him than most of the other photos.

Yeah I suppose he's reasonably slim. He's 85cm tall and 12 kgs at 22 months old. I don't know how that stacks up against others, I'd have to look in his plunket book

Will make it my goal to get them sewn up tomorrow :)

Will be back with pics and results :)
Sorry, will be tomorrow

Macca, my 2.5yr old is 13kg, maybe not quite - and 90cm tall.
So will be interesting to see how they look on her :)

Apologies again  we've had a busy weekend, and I haven't had enough sleep!

Here are the pics I could manage:

Sorry - hadn't hemmed them in the photos as wanted to check the length first.

They are a good size - the back covers her nappy. She is wearing a day nappy (cloth), but there is enough room for a night nappy too.
The legs are a little baggy, but that isn't a problem. I could make them slightly narrower if I made them again.

She is 90cm tall and around 13kg.. length seems fine.

The rise is really good I found - covers a cloth nappy with room to spare. The length is good too. Charlie's were a tad baggy but he's a lean fellow so i would just make them a bit narrower down the leg next time :D Good Job Shar. :D

Would anyone be happy to take a nice posed picture of their child in the leggings that I could use on my pattern?
I'd need a good quality photo (can email directly to me) and you'd have to be happy for your child to be my 'poster baby' for the pattern (I'll send you a copy of the finished pattern free ;) )

(for what it's worth I tried to take some photos and the cat got involved, and while they are cute they really don't show off the pants at all  )
