Only just had a good look and this thread and there's some awesome stuff on here! Very inspiring. Sheryl how long did it take you to sew on all those leaves? :D
I will pull together a random spot prize(s) - all entries will go into a random draw. The prize(s) will be a small bundle of embellishments (will have a chat to the Gingham partners-in-crime for inspiration on this).
Happy to donate some buttons for this Leanne. :D

Here's some of my embellishing this month:

Yummy Mummy wristwarmers with licorice allsort buttons for temptation! Oops pictures too small (and can't take any more now as have given them away), but you can see them better on the Ravelry page.

Ooh, cute Nic!

The cushions took about an hour each all up. Each leaf has two rows of sewing around it :) Super glad I did envelope closures cos it would have taken much longer with zip closures!

I made this shrug for a friends 1 yr old but it wasnt quite big enough to do up with a button so i used a string of beads to embellish it along with a wee neck lace for her :)
it looks very fancy now + hide a bit of my bad knitting lol
i still have it make it more secure but i dont want to miss out on the comp so here it is :D
gosh i hope it fits her lol

Here are the other two crafty things I have been up to:

The first is a wall hanging I painted. It will hang by the door, so that when a guest steps in, it is the first thing they see.
(excuse the photos, not the best, but I think you will get the idea)
Image

The other thing is a car caddy, which was inspired by Darny in the upcycled thread. I made this for one of DS's wee friends birthday.
The closed up caddy. It has an applique of a car and signs on it.

Inside the caddy, with a road and roundabout, and pockets for the cars

I have really had fun thinking of different ways to embellish this month. It has been awesome having something to focus on! :D

Oh sure, just in the blurb you said "sheets" so I didn't know how many you had made and didn't want to short change you ;)

Still 11 hours until close off - plenty of time for a beanie ;)
