Difference pliers/press
So im guessing the main advantage to the pliers would be you dont have to 'snap' on a table? Just thinking what one would be best for a snapping amateur? Just for the odd clothing item, bib, might do a nappy or two but nothing too serious

Yup, they take a heck of a lot less force, and much cheaper, definitely would go for them over a press unless you're doing tons of nappies/etc.
