denim dye

Where do you get normal clothing dye from? I have some very very very light blue/grey jeans and it has come out of the wash with a funny watermark on it. So i'm thinking about upcycling them, as they weren't fitting me right, and thought i could dye them darker to hide the mark. its not a heavy denim, very light stuff.
