what to use for a sleep sack?

Had my fingers crossed on winning a comp,lost thougj lol life huh. I want to make a winter weight/ duvet weight sleepsack.what do i use as the warm layer inbtgween the cotton and merino?

more merino? thats what i would consider the warm layer 8-)

So perhaps a double layer of merino?

I used wool batting between two layers of cotton flannelette (didn't know you could buy merino fabric way back then :lol: ). It was lovely, because it lofted a bit so was light, warm and snuggly.
