This is a good place to post the links to the many websites that shows/describe nappy (flats or prefolds) folds.
The following is what is known as the pinless (or as Abbe dubbed it the "painless") fold posted several times by Lovemyone of the Everybody Board.
PINLESS NEWBORN FOLD FOR FLAT CLOTH NAPPIES
"When my son was a newborn I used a fold that is called a pinless fold that the hospital showed me, and used that until he was a bit older (around 4mths)and weeing a lot more. It is quite bulky, but when they don't move around much, it works fine. To do that one you fold the flat nappy diagonally into a large triangle, fold the top long edge down about 5-10cm (depends on the size of your baby), flip it over so the flap is on the floor side, put the baby on top, pull up the bottom flap up between baby's legs and at the thighs roll the edges in to fit the legs and catch any runny poo, bring each side wing over the top and down between the legs and up the back of the baby and tuck into the flap at the back. I hope that makes sense, it really is quite simple."
