snazzipants fleece covers

snazzipants fleece covers

Postby bizzy » Fri Nov 17, 2006 3:45 pm

Thought i would start this one off.

I brought a lovely yellow fleece snazzipants from the parent and child show. It is really nice and soft and feels yummy on and off... I love the stretchyness of the tabs so can get a really good fit on my younger boy and it also fits my big boy - a 5 kg weight diff betwen them. I've had no leaks and i love the way it looks on my boy.

Is this the new fleece cover? I bought an old one on sale from Snazzipants. It should turn up in the next few days hopefully. I'm hoping it'll be ok as i've not tried them before.

Well Ben's got it on for the first time tonight. Here's hoping he'll be dry in the morning! I think this is a lovely cover, but I find it's a bit tight around his sides. I haven't done it up tightly at all and still sits pretty snug. Probably needs to be like this to work properly...?!! It's very cute on and the fleece is lovely and soft.

Ok, i've got the fleece cover on over a NightNapNaps tonight and i'm worried that his little bum will get too hot in that combo! I was reluctant to put the fleece on over the napnaps but I haven't got any other covers big enough to fit over the top of this nap. I tried to get some pockets over the top, but sadly they wouldn't fit either. Oh well, i'm just hoping that he won't get heat rash!!! :? :?

Has anyone tried the chunky monkey size of these covers? I am also wanting something to go over my night nap naps, as the foe on the nap naps cover gives DS nasty red marks that don't go away for days (no matter how loose I fit it). I have been using one of my large fuzzis as a cover, which is working well but I don't really have enough pockets to be using one like this - it takes it away from my day stash. I like the idea of the chunky monkey size in these fleece covers as hopefully this would not mark DS's ample thighs, but don't really want to risk buying one without a review.

Love love love love love them! Saviour of our nights; since we discovered these have had zero leaks. I use them with a snazzipants fitted and an extra booster for nighttime and they are brilliant.

I have one, picked it up from the Parent and Child show. Love it. I use it with a prefold pad folded. It is nice and soft and it stretches well so I can get a good fit round the legs. I have been using it from when DS was about 9 months till current day at 18months and it still fits with plenty to spare. It is size medium.

If I was in need of more nappies (of which I aren't) I would just get a few more of these covers to use with the prefolds I have.

If the prefold was not too wet. I air out and reuse once more before washing. Occaisionally they are a little wiffy so they go in the wash bucket instead. I get the same with my whisper wrap too, but the fleece cover is far superior for fit and looks and feels good too.
