I have used this pattern on William since he was about 6 months old, for a night nappy. None of my children have needed size L nappies for daytime nappies, but they have all worn them for nights (though my children have all night trained at around 2.5 years so that's not a big help with sizing
You will need access to a snap press. The pocket is fastened with snaps. It has the option of snap-adjustable leg elastic to increase the range of fit.
I am looking for a range of sewing skill levels in the testers please, all are welcome to apply.
You will need access to a printer to print out the pattern & instructions which will be emailed to you in the form of a PDF file. (the file size could be as large as 4 Mb).
I will be looking for permission to publish photos of the nappy being worn (faces not required), baby age/size details, and any comments that you would be happy for me to share.
Time frame - if you could meet the deadline of 18th November that would be great. I may extend this to after the New Year if it looks like we all need more time.
My very small gift in return for your help will be a copy of final copy of the pattern & instructions (by PDF) for your personal use.
If you are keen, please post below providing me with the following details;
1. Your sewing skills (beginner, moderate, experienced)
2. The approximate ages of the child(ren) that you have access to for trying on the completed pocket
3. Can you provide photos, sizing details and permission for me to use them?
4. Are you able to meet the short testing deadline?
Thank you!
