Designer Bums

Post by Dunners » Tue Jun 20, 2006 7:28 pm

I have dealt with Angie many times. She is wonderfully helpful and even did a custom order for me. I love her creative flair (especially her most recent dyeing range - yum!).

Thanks Angie!

Super super customer service.
Ordered a custom wool cover that was too small for my boy, Angie was more than happy to make me a bigger one. Then added extra snaps cos my boy had a smallish waist.
Even got it hand delivered so I got to meet the lovely lady herself.
Wonderful workwomanship too!

Review for Designer Bums Business.

- Excellent customer service. Designer Bums has a personal (WAHM) approach which is also professional, efficient and helpful. It’s nice to know the face behind the brand you are buying.

- Excellent Quality products
- Product standard is consistent.
- Good range of sizes plus custom-made if requested.
- Good range of quality fabrics available.
- Innovative styles and fabric choices (ie hand-dyed)
- Good longevity of product, sustains daily wear and tear very well.
- Price is good, consistent with quality and longevity.

Would I recommend to others?
Yes, for both service and product.
I love sewing and have plenty of material witnesses. ~Author Unknown

Her fitted nappies are the favorites in my stash. so absorbent and lucky they dry so fast so I can use them again sooner! I even use them for nights.

10/10 for service too. she totally went out of her way for my order :D
