:) We are doing well, have been very well looked after by my mum and MIL. I think next week when we are left on our own will be the real test, though realy Lucy has been an easy baby i think.

this nappy we mostly have been using on the 2nd leg snaps and the centre uncrossed tummy snaps, though the legs fit a little better on the centre leg snaps.
It does fit on the cross over tummy snaps but tends to leave a mark so is probably a bit tight on this setting.
Lucy is just over 3.4kg and average for length.
(pics taken with 1 microfibre insert inside)

tightest setting:

tummy a bit looser:

and legs a bit looser:

Just for comparison here she is in a Shars NB (i don't have a front on of this but she is on the tightest settign that isn't crossed over)

Its on the middle tummy setting, and second front setting. Good fit around the legs. Not heaps of room in belly but perfect for now.
Max is 9 months old and just over 7kgs.
Will let ya know on performance :D But so far so good!

:D thanks for testing it, I'll have to make a few more for her stash
Any suggestions/ changes would be great to hear, then i'll make a version 2 pdf for people to use if they want.
I wonder if the waist or back elastic needs to be a little bigger?

hmm so far so good on the sizing front for mikaela. but she is on the loosest setting on the rise snaps and on tighest/second tightest on tummy settings ... but dont think the rise should need to change much any time soon?? But it is a small - med pattern, i really like that its not as big as osfa but can still be used for a while ;) Im goign to make a couple for a friend. will make one with the legs like that and ones with elastic in casing :)

I guess it depends on if you want it to fit a broader range of sizes? But I like the fact its smaller - nb,small, medium sizing as opposed to small, med, large that a OSFM might fit.
Its perfect for Max at the moment. :D Plenty of room on the rise for him. Im guessing it would have fit well when he was smaller on a smaller setting.
Thanks for sharing the pattern :D

:D true, if it were any bigger it would just swim on Lucy at the moment.

It's good to see my pattern fiddling getting more use than just mine
